"My initial free consultation with Staci’s junior associate Ann Marie was very professional, courteous, and informative. However,when I called for a follow up question about paying the first part of the retainer l, I spoke with Staci, the top lawyer. Before I even mentioned the topic I even wanted to discuss, her tone was rushed and cold. When I asked for her to work with me in the payment of the retainer, she became antagonistic. I was told that maybe I actually should be charged more than I was originally told, and that this firm “had plenty of business” and they did not need to work with me. I want to add that my tone, by contrast to hers, was pleasant and courteous. Even when she spoke to me in such a disrespectful manner I did not become antagonistic like she was acting. So instead of getting down to that level I thought I would just try to spare future potential customers from such unpleasantness.They may be very good lawyers, I don’t know.
